Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
If an item is out of stock or requires special ordering, we will notify you with an estimated timeline.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
Once an order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

We primarily use UPS, FedEx, and USPS for deliveries. Large equipment may ship via freight.

For riding mowers, zero-turn mowers, and other large equipment, we provide in-house delivery.
Delivery is available only within a 30-mile radius of our store location.
Delivery costs for these large items will be provided at checkout or during order confirmation.
Special arrangements may be required for difficult-to-reach areas or delivery to specific locations on your property. Please contact us prior to purchase for any concerns.

Larger items, such as mowers, may require freight shipping if they are outside of our local delivery area.
Freight shipments require a valid phone number for delivery coordination.
Customers are responsible for unloading freight shipments unless prior arrangements have been made.

Once an order is marked as delivered, Riley’s Small Engine Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage for assistance.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed for shipping.
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately—changes cannot be made once an order ships
