At Riley’s Small Engine Inc., we believe peace of mind doesn’t end when your mower leaves the lot. That’s why we offer Riley’s Reassurance Shield — a convenience and support program designed to make mower ownership easier from day one.

We don’t believe in pushy sales or selling you more mower than you need. Our goal is to help you choose the right equipment for your property, then support that purchase with proper setup, training, and one of the strongest service departments in the area. Every new mower sold at Riley’s is fully assembled, inspected, and test-run by our technicians, and we take the time to show you how to properly operate and maintain your equipment.

Riley’s Reassurance Shield includes:

• New mower delivery within our 30-mile service area
• Pick-up and delivery for approved factory warranty repairs within our 30-mile service area
• Loaner mower availability when available
• First oil change included (pick-up and delivery not included)

Riley’s Reassurance Shield is included with all financed mower purchases and is available as an optional add-on for cash sales. Coverage is available for residential customers only and does not extend or replace the manufacturer’s factory warranty. Normal wear items, misuse, abuse, and commercial-use equipment are not eligible.
