That’s why we offer Riley’s Reassurance Shield — an extended warranty and protection program designed to take care of our customers long after the sale.
We don’t believe in pushy sales or selling you more mower than you need. Our goal is to help you choose the right equipment for your property, then support it with proper setup, training, and one of the strongest service departments in the area.
Every new mower sold at Riley’s is fully assembled, inspected, and test-run by our technicians, and we take the time to show you how to properly operate and maintain your equipment.
What Riley’s Reassurance Shield Includes Extended Manufacturer Warranty Extends the original factory warranty by up to 2 additional years after the manufacturer warranty expires
Covers the same components included under the factory warranty
Does not cover misuse, abuse, or normal wear items such as blades, belts, batteries, tires, or anti-scalp wheels
Pick-Up & Delivery for Warrantable Repairs Includes pick-up and delivery for all warrantable repairs during the factory warranty period and throughout the extended coverage
Service area limited to within 30 miles of Riley’s Small Engine Inc.New Mower Delivery Included
Delivery of your new mower is included at no additional cost with the purchase of Riley’s Reassurance Shield (within our 30-mile service radius)
Loaner Mower Availability
In the event of a warrantable repair, loaner mowers may be available for emergency or time-sensitive situations, subject to availability
While loaners are not guaranteed, we make every effort to minimize downtime whenever possible
